Andrew Lavoott Bluestone

ANDREW LAVOOTT BLUESTONE is a specialist in legal malpractice litigation. He has represented successful clients for more than 35 years as an attorney. He is Board Certified in Legal Malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. This Diplomate is earned by experience, a written test, and by the Board’s investigation and strict application process.

One of the things that distinguishes one attorney from another is a dedication to the art and academics of law. Writing scholarly articles on the law is one thing that attorneys do to help others learn about, benefit from and practice better law. When legal malpractice attorneys write academic articles, other attorneys read and try to make fewer mistakes.

Andrew Lavoott Bluestone has spent years writing about and practicing law in New York. He is an often published author and lecturer on legal malpractice issues, and has been engaged in writing about the law since 1986. Here is a list of his publications.
